A residential building located in one of Rmeil's busy streets. The project is a collection of duplex units, ranging from 90 sqm to 140 sqm. The project revolves around one concept, to stand there and live its setting, hence the mass was destributed at the perifery of the plot, volume rased to ensure a free ground floor - functions in duplexes destributed as "public" downstairs and private unpstairs - thus balconies at the "public functions" level was a continous balcony inwhich all the residents have access too, and by itself it creates an the entrence area; on the other hand, balconies from the private zone of each unit where just segments ensuring more privacy. The finishing of the facades had to be all colored to fit in the lively surrounding. shutters and louvers all chosen to be this type of handcrafted woodwork, inwhich the area - industrial it is- merge perfectly.
